The draw, the tracking, and a real person who answers if you need help. If your sender never ships, it also makes things right for you.
If the round doesn't fill up, the whole amount comes back automatically.

Before you join
What if I can't make the ship-by date?
Leave before sign-up closes and nothing is lost. After the draw, a real person is waiting for your parcel: if it hasn't left within 7 days of the ship-by date, your payment isn't refunded — it goes to make things right for them.
Can I send something heavier?
Keep it within the round's format — your label is bought for it. Bigger gifts get rounds of their own.
Is there customs?
Only on parcels between the UK or Ukraine and the EU. If yours is one, we'll tell you after the draw and show you how to fill in the short customs form.
Who decides where my parcel goes?
A person, by hand, after sign-up closes. You never send to the same person who sends to you, and where it can, your parcel crosses a border.
